Abstract
► PNIPAM-b-(PGMA-g-PLGA) is synthesized by the sequential RAFT polymerization and ROP. ► The copolymer can self-assembles into micelles in response to pH and temperature. ► The micellization behaviors of the brush-coil copolymer are investigated. ► The obtained micelles may be used as a promising intelligent drug-delivery system.
