Abstract
⺠Size-controlled ZrO2 nanorods were synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal treatment. ⺠ZrO2 nanorods with different sizes exhibit the surface structure-dependent humidity sensitivity. ⺠Complex impedance spectra were used to elucidate the humidity sensing mechanism.
