Abstract
⺠Thin films of pyrenebutyric acid were obtained by electrophoretic deposition. ⺠Pyrenebutyric acid allowed efficient dispersion of carbon nanotubes. ⺠Composite pyrenebutyric acid-carbon nanotube films were obtained. ⺠MnO2-carbon nanotube composites were obtained using pyrenebutyric acid. ⺠MnO2-carbon nanotube composites are promising materials for supercapacitors.
