Abstract
												⺠α-Diimine-chromium(III) complexes bind to TX-100 mainly by hydrophobic interaction. ⺠The binding constants increase with the hydrophobicity of the α-diimine ligand. ⺠The titration curves reveal the presence of premicellar aggregates. ⺠The model used allows reliable estimation of aggregation number.
