Abstract
⺠The reverse micellar route has been used to control the shape and size of nickel borate nanoparticles. ⺠Uniform nanorods and nano-spindles of nickel borate have been synthesized for the first time. ⺠A magnetization enhancement of four fold was found in the surfactant mediated process.
