Abstract
⺠Cholic acid-crosslinked poly(lactic acid) was synthesized as pore block. ⺠Poly(lactic acid) layer could delay the release of venlafaxine in the beginning. ⺠Pepsin would stick on the surface of deliveries to reduce release rate.
