Abstract
⺠FT-Rheology characterizes emulsions under nonlinear oscillatory shear. ⺠Simulation of dilute monodisperse emulsions with variable properties under LAOS. ⺠Maffettone Minale model with Batchelor theory calculate interfacial shear stress. ⺠Development of a universal emulsion curve E for characterizing emulsion properties. ⺠Determined droplet size via E comparable to result obtained via Palierne model.
