Abstract
Using the velocity dependent static gains of the one track model it is shown how special combinations of parameters like cornering stiffness and center of gravity can be estimated. Driving with various speed and a constant cornering radius it is possible to estimate three different gains by measurement of the lateral acceleration, the yaw rate and the vehicle slip angle without knowing the moment of inertia of the vehicle. Results are shown for different measurements of a passenger car.
