Abstract
- TG-MS analysis is conducted for MgCl2·6H2O·1,4-C4H8O2 non-isothermal decomposition.
- A four-stage mechanism of MgCl2·6H2O·1,4-C4H8O2 decomposition is proposed.
- Headspace-GC is applied for 1,4-C4H8O2 detection in MgCl2-H2O-(1,4-C4H8O2) system.
- 100 °C is found suitable for MgCl2·6H2O production from MgCl2·6H2O·1,4-C4H8O2.
