Abstract
- Physical properties of aqueous K4P2O7 solutions are presented and correlated.
- These properties are those relevant for K4P2O7 usage as osmotic agent.
- Density and viscosity were correlated with concentration and temperature.
- Osmotic evaporation data using K4P2O7, CaCl2 and NaCl as osmotic agent are shown.
- It was shown that K4P2O7 delivers permeation fluxes as large as those with CaCl2.
