Abstract
- We report the use of graphene as an adsorbent of bisphenol A (BPA) from water.
- Graphene was prepared via a thermal (T-rGO) and a chemical method (H-rGO).
- T-rGO showed larger adsorption selectivity toward BPA compared to H-rGO.
- T-rGO displayed a faster adsorption kinetic than that of H-rGO.
- These characteristics can favor the application of T-rGO as a pollutant adsorbent in water.
