Abstract
- VLE of methyl acetate or ethyl acetate + 2-propanol at 1.5 MPa was investigated.
- Data were verified with different thermodynamic consistency test.
- VLE data shown that ethyl acetate + 2-propanol have not azeotrope at 1.5 MPa.
- The azeotropic point of the methyl acetate + 2-propanol at 1.5 MPa was not found.
- The high pressure VLE data prediction was obtained by using the Peng-Robinson EOS.
