Abstract
- An experimental design was employed to study Fe-Ni electroplating process.
- Empirical models were built for platting current efficiency and thickness of deposited layers.
- The process variables were optimized by desirability function approach.
- In the optimal conditions the best quality of Fe-Ni electroplated layer was achieved.
