Abstract
The annealing behaviour of the hydrogen-related 3107 cm− 1 defect has been studied by infrared spectroscopy. The defect displays complex annealing behaviour; in some cases the absorption strength can initially increase and then decrease on subsequent annealing sequences, while in most cases a continuous decrease is observed.
