Abstract
In the present research work, a preliminary technical and demonstration running assessment was aimed in the Dafosi coal mine, China. First commercially available technologies for both mitigation and utilization of VAM combined with drainage low concentration methane by premixing and co-oxidation approach were briefly described. Based on the measured methane emission characteristics, the running properties of TFRR and gas mixing unit has been analyzed systemically. Research results might provide one feasible approach for coal mines decreasing and using their methane greenhouse gas.
