Abstract
⺠Grey-box modelling of a silica gel desiccant rotor was performed for a DEC system. ⺠An original method was used to experimentally identify the physical parameters. ⶠAccurate predictions have been obtained with the one-dimensional model. ⺠The identified desiccant mass was 30-40% lower than its theoretical value. ⶠThe identified specific heat was 1.5-2 times higher than its theoretical value.
