Abstract
⺠Usability of two different vegetable oils in a coated diesel engine was experimentally investigated. ⺠A diesel engine was coated with ZrO2 layer to make the combustion chamber insulated. ⺠Test results showed significant improvements in performance parameters. ⺠While only minor reductions were observed in emissions with coated engine operation.
