Abstract
⺠Amorphous carbon films with different sp3 contents are deposited by FCVA technique. ⺠Pulsed laser annealing is performed on a-C film with different sp3 contents. ⺠Visible Raman spectroscopy shows that the graphitization is influenced by the initial sp3 content. ⺠HRTEM shows the texture structure form as a result of graphitization. ⺠High initial sp3 content film presents a large contrast in electrical conductivity.
