Abstract
In this study, the porous NiTe2 NA/CC pretreated by a facile hydrothermal method can be effectively used to detect the electrooxidation of glucose in alkaline media. This porous NiTe2 NA/CC catalyst electrode exhibits an excellent electrochemical performance as non-enzymatic glucose detector, giving the large linear ranges from 0.001 to 6âmM, the detection limit of only 0.12âμM (signal/noiseâ=â3) and the strong sensitivity of 5146âmA mMâ1 âcm-2. In addition, the material also exhibits efficient glucose detection in real blood serum of human and fruit juice. In brief, it can be applied in an ocean of fields and have a promising prospect.
