Abstract
Smart mechano-hydro-dielectric coupled hybrid sponges are developed, which has highlighted a novel strategy for integrating physical and chemical approaches into a smart system. The results suggest both mechano-enhanced hydro-dielectric and hydro-enhanced mechano-dielectric properties in comparison with single mechano-dielectric and hydro-dielectric modes, allowing the as-fabricated smart sponges for utilizing in advanced multifunctional sensors.
