Abstract
The fluorescent of carbon nanodots (C-dots) was quenched by Au@Ag bimetallic core-shell nanoparticles (Au@Ag NPs), Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) produced by the enzymatic-triggered oxidation of glucose, in the presence of H2O2, the silver shell of Au@Ag NPs was etched and turn into Ag+, as a result, the fluorescent of C-dots was recovery and the color of Au@Ag NPs was change. Thus, a dual-signal senor was established for glucose detection.
