Abstract
Three-dimensional flower-like ZnSnO3 particles were prepared by a co-precipitation method. The sensor based on the ZnSnO3 under UV radiation shows an ethanol response at room temperature, and the ethanol-sensing properties can be greatly improved by nano-TiO2 decoration at the same conditions due to the formation of heterojunction.
