Abstract
Aptamers adsorb on AuNP surface that inhibite the nanocatalysis of HAuCl4H2O2 SERS reaction. Upon addition of Pb2+, it combined with aptamer to restore nanocatalysis. Based on this, a novel aptamer modulating AuNP catalysis-SERS method is proposed for trace Pb2+ detection with simplicity and high selectivity.
