Abstract
A sensitive three-dimensional electrochemical DNA biosensor based on 3D GF/AgNPs for the CYFRA21-1 gene of NSCLC patients was successfully fabricated. The 3D GF/AgNPs provide a favorable microenvironment to retain the bioactivity of immobilized probe ssDNA and effectively promote electron transfer owing to their excellent biocompatibility and good conductivity. This new DNA biosensor showed a wide linear range and low detection limit for detection of the CYFRA21-1 gene with good stability. Moreover, in clinical trials, the sensing strategy was successfully used for detection of CYFRA21-1 in real lung cancer samples.
