Abstract
Simple and sensitive determinations of amlodipine (AML) using bare/unmodified and DNA-modified graphite screen-printed electrodes (SPE) were explored. Although, bare SPE shows enhanced voltammetric oxidation peak of AML, the immobilization of DNA molecules increases the sensitivity about 10-times higher than bare SPE.
