Abstract
- We reported a novel and visual ratiometric fluorescence assay for sensitive analysis of PKA activity.
- The peptide-AuNCs was synthesized in situ without any coupling and reducing agents.
- PKA assay was based on carboxypeptidase Y digestion quenching mechanism.
- Highly sensitive detection of PKA activity and inhibition was achieved.
