Abstract
- Enzymatic reactors were fabricated in paper platform for the electrochemical detection of glucose in a 3D printed BIA cell.
- 3D printing of BIA cell has demonstrated advantages in terms of cost ($5), fabrication time (4Â h), robustness and versatility.
- The proposed approach exhibited great analytical performance with high sampling frequency (ca. 30 injections per hour).
- Glucose levels achieved in serum through BIA were not statistically different from the values found by a reference method.
