Abstract
The gas response of ZnO-modified In2O3 heterojunction was higher and the detection limit was lower than those of intrinsic In2O3 nanostructure, respectively. The energy band structure could be used to explain the enhanced sensitivity of ZnO-modified In2O3 heterojunctions.
