Abstract
- Redox-active Co-based metal-organic framework micro-rods were synthesized by using electroactive 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid (DOBDC) ligand.
- The as-prepared Co/DOBDC micro-rods exhibit high uniformity, which shows well redox behavior in pH 4.0 acetate buffer.
- The Co/DOBDC micro-rods modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) present excellent electrocatalytic activity toward H2O2 reduction.
- Nonenzymatic H2O2 sensor based on the Co/DOBDC micro-rods was first demonstrated for the electrochemical detection of H2O2, which showed high stability, good repeatability, low detection limit, and wide linear range.
