Abstract
- A microfluidic immunosensor for determination of epithelial cancer biomarker EpCAM was developed.
- The AgNPs-Cts were used as platform of biomolecules immobilization.
- The proposed method could be successfully applied for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of epithelial origin tumors in biological samples.
