Abstract
Cu2O@aptamer nanocomposites were synthesized using aptamer as a template by one-step reduction method and used as the sensitive layer of an immunbiosensor for thrombin detection using electrochemical techniques. The developed electrochemical biosensor based on Cu2O@aptamer nanocomposites exhibited high sensitivity for thrombin detection with a detection limit of 0.01 ng mLâ1 within the range from 0.01 to 50 ng mLâ1.
