Abstract
- A nanotechnology for shell-core Ga2O3/GaN:Ox@SnO2 Q1D hybrid nanocable networks was developed.
- TEM studies shows that nanocables consists of SnO2, amorphous GaN:Ox and monoclinic β-Ga2O3 phases.
- A multifunctional sensor on a single shell-core Ga2O3/GaN:Ox@SnO2 cable was developed successfully.
- The nanosensors are highly sensitive (IUVON/IOFFÂ >Â 104) and rapid, due to the shell with mixed phases.
- The heterogeneous structure provides high performances and surface protection of nanosensors.
