Abstract
- A novel strategy for the sensitive detection of immunoglobulin E (IgE) is proposed.
- CdS-MoS2 as ECL emitter was synthesized via a simple one-pot hydrothermal method.
- Hemin-DNAenzyme was employed to indirectly amplify the ECL signals.
- The proposed method is good for quantitative analysis of IgE in human serum samples.
