Abstract
- WO3 products with various morphologies were hydrothermal prepared by using Na2SO4.
- WO3 nanorod bundles composed of numerous short nanorods were successful obtained.
- Gas-sensing properties of the as-prepared WO3 were tested to several organic gases.
- The WO3 nanorods bundles exhibit high response and selectivity to formic acid.
- As we know, the research on the detection of formic acid has been rarely reported.
