Abstract
A chemiluminescence biosensor for detection of caspase-1 was developed by using peptide cleavage technology with LOD 0.003 ng mLâ1. Peptide and luminol labeled gold nanoparticles were used as a chemiluminescence probe and magnetic beads was used as immobilization matrix.
