Abstract
- Nitro explosive vapors were detected and discriminated using sensory films.
- Three sensory films were designed and prepared.
- The sensory materials are luminescent solid organic and hybrid polymer membranes.
- The fluorescence data from the array of films were statistically treated.
- TNT, RDX and PETN were discriminated between them and between 6 explosive mimics.
