Abstract
A aptamer biosensor for detection of dopamine was developed by using ubiquitous personal glucose meters with LOD 0.003 μmol L−1 in 2 μL (∼60 femtomol). AuNPs modified 96-well plate was used as the matrix for the recognition element immobilization. DNA2-invertase-AuNPs was used as probe.
