Abstract
- A facile approach for synthesis of ZnS-PEDOT-rGO at low temperature.
- We present the ZnS-PEDOT-rGO modified GC-RDE for simultaneous detection of G, A, T.
- G, A, T's electrooxidations are all the two-electron-two-proton-transfer process.
- Diffusion coefficients and standard rate constants of G, A, and T were discussed.
- We also determined the DNA sample using proposed method and HPLC.
