Abstract
- We prepared magnetic nanoparticles for capturing EGFR-expressing cancer cells.
- Conjugation of antibodies using a PEG-linker leads to a high salt stability.
- The use of the PEG-linker reduces the non-specific binding onto cells.
- The EGFR-expressing cancer cells could be captured by simple magnetic isolation.
- The captured cancer cells showed a high viability.
