Abstract
- A single SiC nanowire high-temperature gas sensor was fabricated.
- The surface of SiC nanowire was decorated with Pt nanoparticles as a hydrogen catalyst.
- A high H2 sensing performance such as fast response time (3Â s) and recovery time (45Â s) was demonstrated.
