Abstract
- A OECT-based biosensor was developed for detecting marine diatoms in marine medium.
- Navicula sp. and Amphiprore sp. were successfully detected by OECTs.
- Transfer curve shifts to higher gate voltage after the capture of marine diatoms.
- The devices can detect Navicula sp. at concentrations down to 100Â cell/mL.
