Abstract
We present a new colorimetric assay and achieve the rapid detection of cyhalothrin based on AMBA-Au NPs. In addition, we have carried on the preliminary separation to the cyhalothrin which has been detected, and achieve satisfactory results. What is noteworthy to mention is that the detection system can not only realize prompt detection of cyhalothrin with high sensitivity in aqueous solution, but present excellent anti-disturbance ability and can be applied to the determination of cyhalothrin in real surface water samples. Moreover, our detection system the proposed method was highly accurate, precise and reproducible.
