Abstract
- A sandwich-type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor for the sensitive detection of carcinoembryonic antigen was designed.
- A novel nanocrystal luminophor of SnO2 quantum dot (QD) was applied as ECL signal reporter.
- Nanoporous PtRu alloy were synthesized to load more SnO2 QDs due to their large area-to-volume ratio and excellent electron transfer rate.
- Nanoporous silver was employed as a primary antibody carrier for our designed immunosensor based on a disposable microdevice.
