Abstract
- The development of a voltammetric immunosensor for the determination of prolactin is reported.
- It involves covalent binding of prolactin onto poly(pyrrole propionic acid)/MWCNTs hybrids.
- A 10â2-104Â ng/mL range of quantifiable antigen concentration and a LOD of 3Â pg/mL were achieved.
- The immunosensor was validated by application to human serum and urine samples.
