Abstract
In this paper, a novel and highly sensitive DNA sensor based on biopolymer is presented. This polydopamine nanospheres-based sensing platform exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity with a detection limit of 5Â nM and the sensitivity of this sensing platform increases with increased temperature.
