Abstract
⺠This study reveals that L'Aquila is still in an early recovery or restoration phase. ⺠We use spatial indicators for monitoring and evaluating a recovery process. ⺠Spatial connectivity allows the understanding of dynamics in all dimensions. ⺠Positive correlation analysis: “preference” and “distance and travel time”. ⺠The lack of involvement of the community in recovery planning is a major obstacle.
