Abstract
⺠We present a prototype tool that we developed for wind farm site selection. ⺠Multiple participants rank the factors for promoting group-based decision making. ⺠The factors are aggregated by WLC technique to generate maps from participants. ⺠Group-based solution uses Borda method to aggregate the maps from participants. ⺠Sensitivity analysis is performed on the group solution to examine solution affects.
