Abstract
⺠The construction time of PWRs is analyzed based on historical data. ⺠Different factors affecting construction time are considered in the analyses. ⺠The normalized construction time of PWRs decreased with time and gross power level. ⺠Countries with more centralized institutions built PWRs more quickly.
