Abstract
⺠We examine fuel poverty through different concepts of social and environmental justice. ⺠UK experience is used to inform and exemplify our analysis. ⺠Distributional justice is central but insufficient on its own. ⺠Procedural justice and justice as recognition are key necessary goals in the struggle for affordable warmth.
