Abstract
⺠A mix of wind, solar, bioenergy & hydro-power options are presented for Cumbria, UK. ⺠High resolution spatial analysis is conducted focussing on localised developments. ⺠Locations with sufficient renewable electricity potential were identified. ⺠Renewable options are explored further through a town case study. ⺠Scenarios consider different scales, mixes and contributions to local energy demand.
